Following the introduction of the NDIS, O'Connell Advisory worked with Northcott to assess the organisation's strategic positioning, service sustainability and long-term financial performance. The work focused on understanding how funding reform was affecting service viability, customer outcomes and organisational performance.

Our review included service profitability analysis, market assessment, financial performance review, pricing and costing analysis, and assessment of operational efficiency. We also examined regional performance, service sustainability and opportunities to improve financial performance while maintaining quality outcomes for people with disability.

The work helped inform strategic decisions about service delivery, growth and sustainability in an increasingly complex disability market.
